Coach Reed Shelger
Former collegiate wrestler at UC Davis, and co-founder of Paradigm®, Reed built the club in 2009 with a mission to inspire athletes to be champions in life through the discipline of wrestling.
Assistant Wrestling Coach
Coach Lelan Hernandez
A dedicated assistant coach and current wrestler at the University of Houston–Downtown. He works closely with athletes across all program tiers, reinforcing fundamentals and competitive technique.

Coach Michael Rodriguez
Michael Rodriguez is a former professional boxer and MMA fighter who brings years of combat sports experience to the Paradigm coaching team. He coaches our Tots BJJ program and assists with the Paradigm Wrestling Team. With a passion for grappling and youth development, Michael is dedicated to helping young athletes build strong fundamentals, confidence, discipline, and a lifelong love for combat sports.
